Punjab Flood Relief

Every year, parts of Punjab face the wrath of the monsoon. This year, however, the situation has become especially dire due to unprecedented pre-monsoon rainfall, resulting in severe floods across multiple districts. Over 7 lakh people have been affected, and the devastation spans 29 districts. The floods have caused widespread damage—railway lines, roads, and bridges have been washed away. Homes, schools, and essential buildings are submerged, and critical supplies have been lost.

Thousands of families have been displaced and are in urgent need of relief. Vulnerable groups such as children, the elderly, and people with disabilities are facing immense hardship.

In response to this crisis, Hope and Humanity India has launched an emergency relief initiative. Our team is on the ground, providing dry rations, sanitation kits, hygiene products, and other essential supplies to flood-affected families. We are also working to create awareness about the ongoing crisis and support long-term recovery efforts.
